Clear terms, no surprises. Here's exactly how we get your bag to you — and what happens if something's not right.
Shipping — Indonesia
Orders ship from our studio in Bandung within [1–2] business days. Delivery via [COURIER — JNE / SiCepat / etc.]: typically [2–5] days depending on your city. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Shipping — International
We ship worldwide from Bandung, Indonesia via express courier. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Duties & taxes: For Singapore and Malaysia, our rates include duty tax — no surprise charges. For other destinations, import duties or taxes (if any) are set by your country and paid by the recipient.
We'll confirm your delivery address before dispatch for international orders.
Returns — Arrived Damaged or Defective
We make it right — you keep the bag. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, message us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. No need to ship anything back.
Returns — Changed Your Mind
Indonesia: Unused bags with tags can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Chat our admin on WhatsApp and we'll guide you — return shipping is at your cost, and refunds are processed once the bag arrives at our studio.
International: Unused bags with tags can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping to our Bandung studio is at your cost. Message us first — we'll confirm the process before you ship anything.
